Job summary

TELUS in Canada is recruiting for a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to join our store teams across provinces. You will engage customers, identify needs, restock shelves, and support daily store operations while assisting Sales Representatives and Store Managers to reach goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
• You are comfortable engaging customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management and shelf restocking.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized to enhance the customer experience.
• Support during peak periods such as Black Friday weekend and Boxing Day.

This Role offers: $20 per hour in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. $19 per hour in Manitoba, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized

• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals andmaintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, andensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key datesinclude but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Dayweekend)
