Job summary

TELUS is hiring Seasonal Retail Support Associates in Markham, ON for a part-time, seasonal role. You will engage with customers, help manage inventory, restock shelves, and keep the store clean while delivering friendly, best-in-class service.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays during key shopping periods; collaborate with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to reach store goals, while enjoying employee discounts and other incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays during peak periods.

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday dates).

This Role offers: $20 per hour in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. $19 per hour in Manitoba, Quebec,Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. Apassion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
