Job summary

TELUS is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate for our Etobicoke location. This part-time, temporary role offers $20 per hour in Ontario, with different rates in other provinces, and requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will join a high-energy team delivering best-in-class service and helping customers connect with our technology solutions. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Store

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support during busy periods.

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shoppingexperience
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals andmaintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, andensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key datesinclude but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Dayweekend)

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. Apassion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
