Job summary

TELUS in Canada is hiring a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to assist customers in our stores. The role includes engaging with customers, supporting Sales Representatives and Store Managers to hit store goals, and helping with inventory and merchandising.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday periods. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required, and a passion for technology and telecommunications is

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Day weekend)

Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
