Job summary

TELUS is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in Surrey, BC. This part-time, seasonal role involves helping customers, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations during busy periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day weekends.

The position offers an hourly wage of $20 in BC, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and employee discounts are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

This Role offers: $20 per hour in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. $19 per hour in Manitoba, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized

• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals andmaintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, andensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key datesinclude but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Dayweekend)

Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. Apassion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
