Job summary

TELUS is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to join our stores across Canada. You will engage customers, identify needs, and help deliver a positive shopping experience while supporting Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, and a passion for technology and telecom is a plus.

• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport and identify their needs.
• Work with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to meet store goals.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and exceptional customer service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Day weekend)

Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
