Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant to help retailers transform business operations and models. You will work with management teams and senior leaders to shape strategic roadmaps, operating models, and value-driven initiatives across business and technology.

You will mentor analysts and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. This client-facing role requires deep analytical skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel based on client demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working at the intersection of Business and Technology.
• Minimum 2+ years of Strategy consulting experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role.
• Minimum of 2 years experience focusing in the Retail or CPG industries, with a high preference for those with Apparel and Merchandising experience.
• A University Degree is required for this position.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects to assess clients’ position in the Retail industry and develop practical roadmaps for strategy and change.
• Deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions that meet client needs.
• Build relationships with clients and Accenture’s leaders to create strategic solutions.
• Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and drive outcomes.
