Job summary

Smithers-Oasis in Smithers, BC is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead sales staff, organize daily operations, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

You will supervise and coordinate workers, assign duties, manage schedules, handle returns, and prepare sales and inventory reports to support store performance. This is an on-site role requiring English and a related diploma or equivalent experience.

• College or diploma in a program 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
• English language required.
