Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order and sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of 1 to 2 workers
