Job summary

Reddy’s Your Independent Grocer in Hearst, Ontario is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations, organize schedules, manage inventory, and oversee 5–10 staff to ensure excellent customer service.

You will prepare sales and staff reports, handle customer requests and shortages, and implement merchandising plans while maintaining attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of retail supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising a team of 5–10 employees.
• Ability to organize schedules and manage inventory.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing sales and staff reports.
