Job summary

Kibbi in Fort McMurray, AB, is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead a small team and manage daily store operations. You will assign duties, supervise 3-4 staff, organize schedules, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a secondary school diploma and 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience. You will handle sales, inventory, merchandise returns, and prepare reports on sales and personnel matters, with English as the work language.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail.
• Experience supervising small teams preferred.
