Eldho's Your Independent Grocer in Fernie, BC is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor. The permanent, full-time role requires self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills to lead staff, set schedules, supervise cashiers and sales clerks, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications include English fluency, a high school diploma, and 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience, plus the ability to supervise 3–4 team members.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
