NACMINE GENERAL STORE in Drumheller, AB is seeking a Retail store supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to start immediately in a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training, ordering merchandise, and preparing sales and inventory reports. The position offers full-time hours with day, evening, and morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.

• 1–2 years of related industry experience.

Responsibilities
