Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Retail management experience in department or specialty store.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a department within a store.
