Job summary

Savers in Toronto is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a diverse team. You will oversee performance, merchandising, and superior customer service in a fast-paced thrift environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to develop staff while upholding company policies. Extensive experience in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day sales floor operations and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
• Schedule staff to meet customer/donor demand and manage cash handling and loss prevention.
• Monitor performance against targets and drive merchandising and promotions.
• Uphold Savers policies and promote a respectful, safety-conscious workplace.
