What We’re Looking For…

At Showcase, the Store Manager role will awaken and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate is a natural leader who can manage, engage, and inspire team members. Reporting to your District Manager, you will be responsible for growing top-line sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Create a fun and interactive store atmosphere, including demos
• Ensure your team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Implement company standards in all store operations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful…

• At least two years’ managerial experience in retail
• Strong customer focus with engaging communication skills
• Effective coaching skills to inspire top performers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstration experience is a plus
