We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join us as an Assistant Store Manager, Operations. You will lead back-of-house operations, organize storerooms, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising. You will also mentor your team to deliver excellent service and professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Store Manager to establish and execute brand goals across sales, operations, visual merchandising, HR, payroll, training, safety, and asset protection.
  • Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives that maximize sales, profitability, and customer and team experience.
  • Conduct weekly merchandising walk-throughs with management and staff.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering professional growth and building talent.
  • Manage inventory and operational routines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate product flow, replenishment, and store displays.
  • Oversee facilities, security, safety, and asset protection.
  • Communicate current marketing, promotions, and product information effectively to staff.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of customer service or retail leadership experience; 3+ preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and tablets.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
