You will own sales results, champion operational excellence, and foster a customer-first culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer‑focused environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills; recruit, hire, train.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with sales growth, merchandising, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team through ongoing training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive sales by executing business strategies, promotional initiatives, and effective merchandising plans.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and analysis of variances to achieve targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and enhance service delivery.
• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer‑focused environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to recruit, hire, and train high‑performing teams.

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour

This is a replacement position.
