Job summary

Fire & Flower Inc in Winnipeg is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at our Manitoba location(s). You will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, optimize inventory, and execute seasonal promotions.

You will lead by example, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and provide coaching to develop a high-performing team. Experience in retail leadership and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in the retail industry.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification is preferred and may be required by provincial regulations.
• Experience in supervising retail staff and delivering excellent customer service.
