Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking a retail supervisor for a permanent position in a rural, remote Canadian location. The role requires English, 37.5 hours per week, and relocation willingness for a Kugluktuk store.

You will hire and train staff, manage inventory, set schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction in a small-community grocery context. The successful candidate will lead retail staff, coordinate operations, and work in a supportive team environment with comprehensive health and retirement
