Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking a retail supervisor to hire and train staff, organize work schedules, order merchandise and manage daily sales in a rural, remote Nunavut location.

You will supervise and coordinate workers, maintain inventory, and resolve customer requests and shortages to ensure smooth operations. English communication and on-site housing options are available under WFH-friendly terms.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required.
