Winners in Stouffville, part of TJX Canada, is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead by example and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment across visual merchandising, service, and merchandise processing, driving collaboration and operating excellence.

The role focuses on training Associates, maintaining service standards, and promoting a positive store culture while supporting business goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or service with understanding of customer needs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while training associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop associates in merchandise presentation and customer service to promote collaboration and improvement.
• Enhance the store’s brand by creating eye-catching displays in key areas.
