Responsibilities

• Drive store operations including visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan and guide tasks while training Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service to promote collaboration and improvement.
• Enhance store branding with eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas.
