Job summary

Winners, part of the TJX Canada family, is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our New Glasgow store. In this role, you’ll lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with a diverse team across store operations, visual merchandising, and service policies, driving excellence and consistent communication while coaching Associates to grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or service
• Strong teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and time management

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan and prioritize tasks; coach Associates on service policies.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service.
• Enhance store brand and displays in key areas.
