Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Winnipeg, MB seeks a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead the Cash/Customer Service department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will supervise the team, delegate tasks, train staff on SOPs, and maintain standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in sales or service.
• Open availability, including store openings, closings, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset.
