Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service by helping customers make buying decisions and recommending products.
• Promote company programs and promotions.
• Maintain store visuals: signage, front-facing stock, restocking, remerchandising, dusting and cleaning.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues with good judgment and problem-solving.
• Assist in other areas as needed to support store performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of outdoor trends and technology relevant to the lifestyle.
