Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Halifax, NS is hiring a Full Time Customer Service Associate to join our front-end team. You will greet customers enthusiastically, process orders, handle inquiries and complaints, and promote our programs in a high-volume store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or service, strong customer-service skills, and comfort with POS and payment processing. Flexible for opening/closing duties and occasional relocation within the store as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years in a sales or service environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide superior customer service.
• Good judgment and logical thinking required.
