Job summary

Michaels Stores Regina, SK is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, process transactions, and keep the store stocked.

You’ll support omnichannel initiatives like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, participate in merchandising, planograms, and safety programs. This role requires standing long hours, lifting boxes, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings; employees receive benefits, discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Support Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Stock merchandise, manage planograms, and perform store recovery.
