As the OFA 2 attendant on site, you will respond to medical incidents, maintain a visible security presence, and support store operations through proactive patrols and exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence.
• Valid OFA Level 2 certification.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or a similar public-facing environment.
• Experience monitoring CCTV systems is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent customer service with a calm, professional approach.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic report writing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with store management and team members.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for safety within the store, creating a welcoming environment for customers, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, and proactively identify safety and security concerns.
• As OFA 2 attendant, respond to medical incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
• Support store leadership by responding to customer concerns, documenting incidents, reporting hazards, and maintaining a safe shopping experience.
