Qualifications

• 1 year of security experience, preferably in Mall/Retail or in-house loss prevention.
• Education background in law enforcement is an asset (e.g., Police Foundation/Criminology/Protection Security and Investigation).
• Valid Ontario Security License & Valid Standard First Aid & Level C CPR with AED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe shopping environment and protect people and property.
• Prepare professional daily security reports and incident reports.
• De-escalate conflicts and enforce security policies within legal guidelines.
