Liquidation Ste-Sophie Inc. is seeking a qualified, reliable and organized individual to fill a full-time Retail Sales Supervisor position at its Sainte-Sophie, Quebec location.

Work location: 2630 boul. Ste-Sophie, Sainte-Sophie, Quebec J5J 2V3
Wage: $18.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Full-time
Language of work: French or English
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Experience: from 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales supervision, retail store management or a related position.

Main duties: supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and cashiers; assign duties and prepare work schedules; authorize payments and merchandise returns; resolve issues arising from customer complaints and merchandise shortages; maintain inventory and order merchandise as required; prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel-related matters.

The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate autonomy and be able to manage priorities efficiently in a retail environment.
