What we’re looking for:

1. 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
2. 2+ years’ experience managing operational expenses and revenue
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
4. Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment
