Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Charlottetown, PEI, is hiring a retail sales supervisor to lead and coach a team of sales advisors, delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting a positive, inclusive culture and ongoing development opportunities.

In this role you will motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals, oversee store KPIs such as revenue and inventory health, manage expenses, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment that makes customers want to return.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team of 15+ associates.
• 2+ years managing and reviewing expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $21.51 - $25.27

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
