Job summary

Best Buy in Timmins, Ontario is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales advisors and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a sales team lead, you will coach, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring store performance and customer satisfaction.

Base pay range Hourly pay rate: $22.26 - $25.57

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above. Pay may vary by province. Pay listed is for the location advertised.
