Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate on credit products, and guide them through applications, while becoming the go-to resource for store staff.

We offer a base wage with uncapped commissions, paid onboarding and coaching, and flexible schedules 9am–9pm, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them.
• Strong communicator who listens well and adapts approach to the customer.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback.
• Access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
