Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and guide them through applications with a focus on customer experience.

You should be outgoing, comfortable with sales goals, and able to work across multiple locations. Onboarding is provided and a flexible schedule is available, with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financialproduct (Credit Cards)in a clear, relatable way

• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle

• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

• Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
• Customer service or sales experience an asset
• Comfortable delivering key messages
