KognitiveSales Solutions in Canada is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

You will travel across assigned stores, build relationships with staff, and deliver a consistently outstanding experience from first hello to completed application.

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage 16/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
