The ideal candidate has marketing education or experience and strong skills in social media, photography and video. Some Saturday availability is required; the role may be part-time or full-time.

Qualificações

• Marketing education and/or professional marketing experience is a definite asset
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation
• Experience creating engaging photography, video, reels and social media content
• A strong eye for branding, visual presentation and detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Organized, self-motivated and able to follow projects through to completion
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Jewellery industry knowledge is an asset, but not required
• Some Saturday availability is required

Dana's Goldsmithing is looking for a creative, outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our talented team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in marketing, social media and creative content. The role combines retail sales and customer experience with marketing and content creation, with the balance of responsibilities based on the candidate's experience and strengths.

We would love to find someone with marketing education or professional marketing experience, but we also recognize that great creative talent doesn't always come with a traditional marketing background. If you have demonstrated skills in social media, photography, video or content creation and are eager to learn and grow, we'd like to hear from you too.

THE ROLE

Provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with jewellery purchases, develop strong product knowledge, and contribute to merchandising and displays.

Marketing & Content Creation

Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Help develop engaging social media content, including photography, video, Reels and Stories, as well as promotional, email and website content.

For a candidate with significant marketing experience, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility for the planning, strategy and direction of our marketing initiatives.
