Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager at the CAL-DEERFOOT TRAIL location in AB. You will lead a high-performing team, drive a strong customer experience, and ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS operations, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel delivery support. You will coach team members, maintain asset protection, and partner with departments to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store operations and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to coach a diverse team and drive selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOPs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Delivery).
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
