Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives closing new business across the US and Canada. You will coach the team to deliver a customer-first sales experience while showcasing the Lightspeed platform to retailers.

Role requires experience in hiring, leading, and coaching, with Salesforce reporting and forecasting. You will drive revenue growth and collaborate with product, customer success and implementation for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, leading and coaching a team of Account Executives.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
• Passion for driving revenue growth, strong culture, and customer experience.
• Experience in SaaS and/or Retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coaching the AE team to build a customer first sales experience while showcasing Lightspeed to retailers in US and Canada.
• Identify opportunities and deliver results for new business and your pod.
• Use Salesforce to report on forecasting, conversion rates and sales activity metrics.
• Responsible for the new business targets for your team.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams.
