Job summary

End Of The Roll Flooring Centres in Nanaimo, BC, is looking for an experienced operations manager to direct daily floor operations at our retail store. You will oversee staff, plan schedules, monitor stock, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will study market trends, adjust pricing, implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with suppliers to meet demand. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail management, a college diploma, and strong communication
