About the Role

The Retail Sales Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer and donor experiences, meeting financial targets, leading staff, and maintaining standards. Reports to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store performance, monitor sales, and ensure merchandising standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff, oversee customer service, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain safety, loss prevention, and cash controls.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma; post-secondary preferred.
  • Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Physical & Other Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
