POP MART in Toronto's Sherway Gardens is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences while guiding daily store operations.

You will lead the sales team on busy days, coach associates, manage inventory and merchandising, and help launches of new products. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires passion for pop culture, flexibility, and weekend availability.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Drive sales performance and ensure premium in-store experiences.
