Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with POS transactions and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an engaging store environment.
