Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help guests find the perfect gear and enjoy the resort experience. You will be part of a team that keeps Blue Mountain Supply Co.

and partner brands stocked and guest-focused, with product training provided. Responsibilities include greeting guests, applying our selling approach, learning products, and ensuring shelves are organized and inviting for the next wave of skiers and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors in a lively environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our four-part selling style: Welcome, Initiate, Suggest, Help.
• Learn product lines and help guests find items for a great day on the mountain or in the village.
• Handle merchandising, inventory, and daily cash-outs with accuracy.
• Maintain high retail standards by keeping stores fresh, organized, and guest-ready.

Hourly Rate: $18.31

Full/Part-time Hours

• Full-Time: Average 4-5 shifts per week
• Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
• Shifts anywhere from 9:00am to 10:00pm; weekend work required

• Handle merchandising, inventory, and daily cash-outs like a pro.
• Maintain our high retail standards by keeping the stores looking fresh, organized, and ready for the next wave of skiers and snowboarders.

What do we need from you?

• Retail, sales or selling soft & hard goods experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors - it can get lively when the slopes are busy!
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays - we're all about teamwork and good vibes.
