Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, guide them through product selections, and maintain store standards in a lively ski resort environment.

The role offers variability in shifts from morning to late evening, weekend work, and opportunities to learn product knowledge through training programs. Come join a vibrant mountain team during summer peak season.

• HOURLY RATE: $18.31
• FULL/PART-TIME HOURS: Full-Time: Average 4-5 shifts per week
• Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
• Shifts anywhere from 9:00am to 10:00pm; weekend work required

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a team that keeps our ski resort guests smiling. Whether it’s Blue Mountain Supply Co., The North Face, Red Devil Sports or Blue Basin, we have logo wear to mountain essentials for every guests. Greet guests with warmth and guide them through our four-part selling style — Welcome, Initiate, Suggest, Help. Learn all about our products and help guests find exactly what they need for a great day on the mountain or in the village. (Don’t worry, we do lots of product knowledge training for you!) Handle merchandising, inventory, and daily cash-outs like a pro. Maintain our high retail standards by keeping the stores looking fresh, organized, and ready for the next wave of skiers and snowboarders.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Retail, sales or selling soft & hard goods experience is preferred. Comfortable working indoors — it can get lively when the slopes are busy! Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays — we’re all about teamwork and good vibes.
