Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help guests find the perfect gear and provide outstanding service. You will work in a fast-paced, outdoor-focused environment across brand displays like The North Face and others, with training provided to boost product knowledge.

Shifts span days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers employee perks, store standards, and opportunities to join a vibrant mountain team on the slopes and village

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or selling soft & hard goods experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and guide them through our four-part selling style - Welcome, Initiate, Suggest, Help.
• Learn all about our products and help guests find exactly what they need for a great day on the mountain or in the village.
• Handle merchandising, inventory, and daily cash-outs like a pro.
• Maintain our high retail standards by keeping the stores looking fresh, organized, and ready for the next wave of skiers and snowboarders.

FULL/PART-TIME HOURS:

• Full-Time: Average 4-5 shifts per week
• Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
• Shifts anywhere from 9:00am to 10:00pm; weekend work required
