Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a seasonal, part-time team member to set up and tear down meeting rooms and events for our conference and F&B outlets. You will stock materials, maintain linen areas, and refresh spaces during events to ensure a polished appearance.

Role requires Smart Serve certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to work long shifts (8–12 hours) and occasional late hours. Join a dynamic team with summer events and perks.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification required.
• Reliable transportation to and from Blue Mountain Resort.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to support Food and Beverage events and other outlets.
• Set up and tear down of meeting rooms and events, stock materials.
• Maintain and stock linen areas; report inventory needs.
• Refresh and maintain meeting rooms during events.
• Set up banquet bar service and transport bar products.
• During bar service: restock inventory and glassware; communicate with bartender.
• Manage beverage inventory and keep store rooms clean.
• Use FIFO stocking method for products.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• The purpose of this role is to accurately set up meeting rooms to support all Food and Beverage events associated with our conference business as well as other outlets.
• Sets up and tears down of meeting rooms and special events, including stocking of meeting room materials.
• Maintains and stocks linen areas: Reports inventory requirements to leaders, ensuring store areas are clean, organized and stocked.
• Refresh, reset and maintain meeting rooms appearance during events
• Set up banquet bar service: set up tables, mobile bars, pick-up and delivery of bar product.
• During bar service: maintain communication with Bartender, restock bar inventory, restock ice, glassware.
• Responsible Beverage Inventory management; cleaning and maintaining store rooms.
• Use FIFO method of stocking and using product.
