Job summary

Fire & Flower Inc. in Swan River, Manitoba, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, guide them to products, and act as a brand ambassador, delivering positive experiences throughout their shopping journey.

Qualifications

Job Overview

The Retail Sales Associate, under the direction of the Retail Experience Lead, is primarily responsible for greeting customers and providing guidance on where they may find items within the store. The Retail Sales Associate understands their role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. Retail Sales Associates will generate sales, advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products and accessories. This role will participate in merchandising and promotional activities and must always maintain a high level of customer service.
