Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Clerical Support Associate for a client in Regina, offering evening hours (2:30 PM–7:30 PM) with a $17.60 hourly pay. The role emphasizes customer service, retail tasks, and handling shipments and billing, with daily interactions acrossHead Office, drivers, warehousing staff and account managers.

Ideal candidates have 3–12 months in customer service or retail, experience with POS systems, and a collaborative, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3-12 months customer service experience preferred.
• 3-12 months retail experience preferred.
• 3-12 months using technology/POS system experience preferred.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attention to process, quality, and operational standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person
• Up-selling and cross selling Corporate products and services
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Working to resolve problem shipments
• Working to resolve equipment and technology challenges
• Working with and building a positive relationship with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other Corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service
• Building a positive relationship with customers; key contacts - vendors, building tenants, etc
• Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges
• Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight
• Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control
• Compliance to all corporate policies and procedures (including uniforms)
• Adhering to all safety standards
• Being on time/attendance
• Living the Purolator values
• Representing the Purolator values to customers and key partners
• Ability to lift 70lbs/stand for 3 hour intervals
• Other duties as assigned by management

Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a clerical support Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, and a sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clerical Support Associate/ Retail Sales

Location: Regina

Pay rate: $17.60

Working hour: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM(possible for extension)
